It is very important that when you sign into Zoom, that you make sure your name is correct on the Zoom screen. Sometimes, people enter the zoom room as "Joe's iPhone" or "Jane's Ipad." We will not be able to separate you from the crowd unless your name is correct and we can identify you. To update your name on the screen, mouse over your name on the participant list and Click to RENAME yourself correctly. We cannot be held responsible if you were left out of the VIP Meet & Greet if it's not clear to us who you are. Thank you for your assistance in advance.

Get comfortable in your front row seat and when you arrive into the virtual nightclub, you'll be in a virtual waiting room and then checked in by our receptionist within a couple of minutes. Make yourself some cocktails or whatever it is that you would ordinarily enjoy during a live performance. See suggestions below.
SOUND & LIGHTS
The performing artists will see all of you, so give them a great show... put on your cameras, dress up, and be ready with snacks and drinks.
All audience members will be muted during the performance and we suggest that you have your video camera ON so that the performer can interact with you. This is a virtual venue experience, so please be dressed and positioned on-camera appropriately and at eye-level. Turn the lights low around you and make sure your face is well-lighted so performers can see your face and reactions. We also suggest you prepare for the show by connecting your sound output to any good quality sound system or speakers through wire connection or Bluetooth to any home system, including, but not limited to Sonos, Sony SRS, Bose, JBL, Amazon Echo, Google Home, or JBL Pulse.
By entering the virtual venue, you consent to video/audio recording and its release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction to be used for news, web casts, promotional purposes, telecasts, advertising, inclusion on websites, social media, or any other purpose by MetropolitanZoom.com, and waive all rights you may have to any claims for payment of royalties in connection with any use, exhibition, streaming, webcasting, televising, or other publication of these materials, regardless of the purpose or sponsoring of such use, exhibiting, broadcasting, webcasting, or other publication irrespective of whether a fee for admission or sponsorship is charged. You have been fully informed of your consent, waiver of liability, and release before entering this virtual event.
Virtual shows and virtual audiences share the same experience as real events. These are dynamic events and you are as important to the performer as the performer is to you. Besides seeing the performer, audience members can see other attendees and all of this play a role in a dynamic experience between performer and audience members. Performers are motivated and inspired to perform their best for you with positive visual reactions they see on the monitor they have in front of them. This is not a live streaming broadcast that performers do not directly interact with. This experience is as close to 'real-world' venue experiences that is presently available through modern technology. So please follow the guidelines below to ensure a successful performance and a positive experience for the other audience members and the performer. Those that do not abide by these guidelines may be warned or removed from the event. In addition, we'd like to reiterate the following:
