WE'VE GOT THE ANSWERS

Producing a high-quality, professional, and entertaining event, whether it’s virtual or in-person, requires a lot of effort, organization, and attention to detail. Choosing a virtual events platform to co-produce your event is an important decision, so when you’re evaluating potential platforms, ask these questions:

  • Will my tickets be sold on a professional platform and offer different levels of ticket pricing, and upsell opportunities?
  • Will I be able to offer discounts to guests who share my event?
  • Will the service fee be reasonable so that I can make money?
  • Will I receive a complete sales report and funds within a week?
  • Will the studio be using a state-of-the-art multi-camera system, sound, and lighting equipment?
  • Will I be offered tech rehearsal and soundcheck?
  • Will the platform offer hybrid performance opportunities,
  • Will communications with the production team be simple and easy?
  • Will I receive training on putting my best foot forward in a virtual venue platform?
  • Will the service include a digital poster design for my social media marketing?
  • Will I be able to interact with my audience?  Will I see their reactions and respond to them?
  • Will the service provide a receptionist to check customers into the show?
  • Will my audience get great customer service and get the help they need?
  • Will my audience be educated about how to participate, be part of the show, and get into the act?
  • Will the service entertain my audience with a pre-show and introduce me?
  • Will the service include a VIP Meet & Greet with my audience?

At MetropolitanZoom, the answer is 'YES' to all of these questions.  Looking for a new virtual events partner? Talk to the leader in the industry, MetropolitanZoom.

OUTSTANDING VIRTUAL VENUE EXPERIENCES OUTPERFORM IN-PERSON EVENTS

Our successful platform concept simulates an in-person venue experience.  We do this by educating the performing artist about all the nuances of  'Virtual Reality' shows, as well as the audience to get into the act with effective tutorials.  A good production that is 'believable' has a high value to consumers if it can pull them into the experience, such as a well-written novel, an action-packed movie, or a realistic video game. The integrity of an in-person venue experience premise remains the same and transported only to a different platform.

Our virtual nightclub platform offers greater opportunities for fans to attend, regardless of illness, distance, weather conditions, and even pandemics.  Live virtual venue shows for cabaret, comedy, and jazz acts display on a gallery view, a live virtual audience visible to the performer, affording the same audience participation as in an in-person venue – not just a scrolling “comments bar” as in a Facebook/YouTube/Instagram/ Live Stream show with no opportunity for audience and performer visual interaction. Our platform is robust with value and our performing artist residents are generating a steady revenue stream from ticket sales.  Typical productions generate between $800 and $3,000 in ticket sales.

YOU HAVE THREE PRODUCTION CHOICES:

  1. Invest in a 'Nightclub Pop-up Kit" (approx $500-$2,000).  Includes training.
  2. Produce your show at one of our affiliate studios or stages that are already using our popup nightclub kit (pricing varies with locations)
  3. Produce your show at STUDIO A in NYC.

INVESTING IN YOUR OWN HYBRID CAREER

To raise the value of and to maintain the integrity of an in-person venue and show, you'll need to assess the condition of your existing equipment and invest in new or upgrades as necessary, to build your own virtual nightclub stage:

  • A computer with good quality video cards and up-to-date hardware
  • High speed internet connection; close to modem; Ethernet cable preferred
  • A display monitor on a stand to engage with your audience
  • An excellent quality camera positioned just above the audience monitor display
  • White backdrop or stage-like curtain
  • LED color background lighting
  • Soft box, ring light or LED panel light to brighten your face
  • Microphone, stand, 4-6 channel mixer, floor or ear monitor

TRACKS VS. ACCOMPANISTS

If you're a vocalist, you have the option of singing to tracks that will be mixed with your microphone input or joined by an accompanist(s) who must be on the same premises in order to do that and meet all social distancing protocols.

Wherever you set up your stage, we'll help you design your pop-up night club kit.  We'll run tech rehearsals with you well before your show and walk you through every step.
